Zurich University of Teacher Education, Center for Management and Leadership

The Center for Management and Leadership at the Zurich University of Teacher Education is responsible for training, education, consulting, support, and research in the field of school leadership. Its target audience consists of leaders from and within educational organizations: school administrators, teacher leaders, school boards, and school administrations.

In the training and education of leaders, vignettes are partly used in the context of pedagogical school leadership. Vignettes were used in various research projects.
