Bookseries Experience-based educational research - Beltz Juventa
Experience forms the basis of orientation in the real world and scientific knowledge. Little is known about how experiences are carried out and which dimensions play a role in this. The series "Experience-based educational research" offers various approaches to education, upbringing and learning by exploring and addressing the significance of experience in these areas. It focuses on experience relationally, in particular as a social, physical and temporal phenomenon that opens up spaces for education and learning for those who experience it in confrontation, contention and interaction with the world, others and their own self. In this respect, experience becomes the subject as a response to resistance, as reorientation, as growth or as the acquisition of routines, knowledge and insights. Accordingly, the volumes in the series are dedicated to different aspects of experience in pedagogical action as well as in personal, organizational and social learning and educational processes.
The series sees itself as a place where theoretical, empirical, qualitative and quantitative approaches from educational science and other disciplines can enter into dialog with one another. Various book concepts such as qualification theses, anthologies and monographs are popular.
The editors of the series are Evi Agostini, Agnes Bube, Iris Laner, Andreas Oberprantacher, Hans Karl Peterlini, Severin Sales Rödel, Ricarda T.D. Reimer and Michael Schratz. So far the following volumes have been published (all in German) by Beltz Juventa:
